CONSTRUCTION
Do any of the cabinets contain any particleboard?
Our products are constructed from solid Birch hardwoods and furniture grade plywood. There is no particle board contained in our cabinetry box. Our plywood is also CARB2 compliant for restricted formaldehyde emissions.
Are the doors solid wood?
All doors, drawer fronts and frames are constructed from 3/4" solid Birch or Maple hardwood. Some styles feature solid wood center panels, some offer MDF or HDF construction, depending on door style, finish, and manufacturer.
How are your drawers constructed?
Our cabinetry features 4-sided drawer boxes constructed from 5/8" thick solid hardwood featuring dovetail joints and a fully captured, 3/8" thick plywood floor. All of our styles come standard with full extension under mount soft close drawer glides.
How is the interior of the cabinet finished?
Our cabinetry comes standard with either UV coated natural interiors or have interiors that are painted or stained to match the exterior, specifically, but not limited to, cabinets with glass doors.
Are your products CARB2 certified?
Yes, all Spectrum Cabinet Company products are 100% in compliance with CARB Phase 1 & CARB Phase 2 defined guidelines of composite wood products.
Are these cabinets strong enough to support a granite top?
Our "all-plywood" construction insures the strength required to support granite, concrete or any other countertop material that you may select. No additional cabinet reinforcement is required.
Do your cabinets have "soft close" doors?*
A soft close door feature is standard on most cabinet styles with a few exceptions in the economy line.
Do I need a finished panel for the exposed cabinet ends?
No, all of our products come with finished sides.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover)
Do you offer credit terms?
We currently do not offer any sort of credit terms to our customers. All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.
DELIVERY
How do you ship your cabinetry?
We can deliver your cabinets assembled or unassembled, whatever you prefer. Most orders will be shipped on a pallet via LTL (Less Than Truck Load) carrier. Some small items may ship via UPS. Some orders delivered via trailer if in our delivery areas.
How long will it take to receive my cabinets?
All standard orders are processed and shipped out within 10 business days from date of paid deposit. Transit time to your location can vary from 2-3 weeks depending on your location. Orders requiring modifications and/or assembly may a few additional days to process.
What if my delivery includes damaged cabinets?
Please document the damage with the freight company upon delivery and notify us immediately by emailing Admin@SpectrumCabinets.com. All damaged pieces will be replaced in a timely manner.
